Here are some photos of a hillside in Lafayette, Ca.
A local group has been posting a cross every time a new casualty is listed in our invasion of Iraq.
Each cross stands for a son/daughter, husband/wife, brother/sister, father/mother, friend/lover in somebody's life.
I wonder how many more crosses will be planted before we can honestly say mission accomplished?
