: This week saw the passing of one of my personal hero's  Howard Zinn. 
: Few books have had as much influence on my personal view of politics and history as, The Peoples History of America.
:   In this book is a chapter called The Coming Revolt Of the Guard. Its a short read but it contains the most complete and honest description of the human condition that I have ever read.
:  It tells of the power and the tactics used to keep the 2 or 3 percent of the population controlling the other 97 %.It speaks to the importance of time and history in bringing about change and advancements for the common people. And has allowed me to understand the importance suffering threw the truly corrupt administrations and policy's that slowly destroy the country around you. 
: I urge everyone to ,Particularly Sunshine's Daughter to spend a few minutes reading thru it. See if you can find any truth in his words
