After such a scruffy winter and crappy spring,having a few nice days is wonderful.
"Pookie" is running around doing inside "Pookie" things and I'm outside doing...well,not much because I don't know where to start.First it's the grass and weeds,but before I can do that I gotta get the lawnmower running,and to do that I need to move a bunch of stuff outta the way which involves moving the junk from the shop outside but before I could do that I had to get the old parts-car started up and moved.
Of course the battery was dead,so I put the charger on it,broke off the hood latch first.Now I gotta fix that,so forget the grass.Time to move on to the other "little" jobs,like washing her car but the extention cord is in the way because of the battery charger and it has to be plugged into the only socket in the garage in the front,so screw that.
On and on it went...that was yesterday.Didn't get a damn thing done, so today it was off to Coos Bay and Wal+Mart to buy some motor oil for the old parts-car ( the battery is charged up by now) and pick up a bunch of cleaning supplies and a capo for my guitar and by the time we got home it was late and cold and I was beat...!
2 days and no outside improvement around here....none.Inside looks nice and fresh.
I hope tomorrow is kinda nice and a bit warmer.
Maybe I'll try again...or maybe not.
Anyway...good luck to ya all and have fun diggin' in the dirt and stuff.
