I think that may be the point. As I mentioned the roads in some areas, especially around cities are crowded to the point of doom! What do you think some CEO is going to do when he goes out to his country mansion and has to deal with the likes of you and me jamming up HIS free time eh? Well, he rolls up his sleeves like GW and gets the price of gas up to $15 a gallon so you and me will be thumbing a ride to the next town while he zooms by in his Mercedes. Not a bad plan and I hate to bring up politics but talk about elitists if these Republicans don't take the cake...
and want to eat it all too.
